Today was a relatively easy day. Wind was absent for 1/2 the morning. It made for a peaceful paddle. I call this picture Jahova Shalom (IYKYK).

The highlight of the morning was meeting my first River Angels. Jeff and Sandy Bromenschenkel are sweet people with a beautiful property! If anyone is planning on paddling the Mississippi they should plan on stopping and saying Hi!. They are right before Schoolcraft State Park.

At the end of the day I arrived in Grand Rapids! I carried across the 1st dam, paddled to the 2nd where Denean met me and took me to a brewery (Rapids Brewing). So I suppose it was a great day.
